Lamb leftovers are the best, especially with pickled chillis. I’ve made a goan fish curry, coconut salsa and charred PSB.

Good morning all. Had a wander around the Courtauld gallery yesterday and was surprised to spot bottles of Bass beer on the bar far left in Manet’s “A bar at the Folies-Bergère”. Seems so mundane in all that glamour… Have a corking weekend when you get to it.
