Yeah, if it was as easy as an EO, Republican presidents would’ve done it long ago. But Trump’s pushed the legal envelope a lot and managed to get SCOTUS to rewrite the Constitution for him.
I found that it’s 9/3 on the Capitol steps, but it sounds like they’re still trying to decide a time that works for the victims. It’s described as a press conference, so I assume they’ll announce a time tomorrow and hope major media covers it. I’ll be looking for details tomorrow.
