No - these prototypes are 3D printed. When the boxes are shipped to consumers they’ll be in hard PVC, I’ve been told.

Is there a section on itch.io for tabletop miniatures rulesets? I only really see video games and tabletop RPGs on there. Do they use a different tag or terminology for miniatures rulesets?
We only work with them - like many creators, we’re part of their exclusivity deal. We get better terms with them if we’re exclusive. Also, we haven’t found anybody in the business with the same capabilities - especially the PoD on multiple continents. Would be good if there were equal alternatives.
