It feels like a really brute force way of changing the game instead of anything else. I was meaning to get back into dbd recently but this potential change has me groaning. Also, eugh the Myers changes feel like they gut his identity.
From a meta stand point I do think it's just really really funny to think of a situation where like the protagonist of a horror film get to argue about their killers unfair advantage.

The sluggign changes are okish but this tunneling is all over kill and it's just going to force the game into very specific play styling. They NEED to change the core game instead of this band aid approach but I am guessing they don't have the time or resources. Maybe if there's ever a DBD2...
Instead of forcing players into gameplay paths, I wish they'd focus on adding more diversity. The game needs new objectives and other things instead of really forced anti slugging/tunneling that directly contradict character's theming.
The new Dead by Daylight changes sound pretty bad to me. Like a really awful bandaid to a known issue with gameplay mechanics. It's a very bizarre nerf too thematically. It's like they really can't figure out how to fix problems that have been plaguing the gameplay loop for ages.

Probably Monster Bash/Doom and then later on RE Remake was the first game I was legit too terrified to actually play.
Think the ftp micro-transaction model absolutely exasperates it to in how they've had to work in ways to get people to spend money.
Warframe is a game full of interesting experimental modes and gameplay that just never really got fleshed out properly. It makes it really unique but also kinda obtuse and busted.
Basically large bosses won't let you just detonate them because it invalidates their mechanics but the game has weird insta kill hits so it's a tedious battle of survival against a lot of them. You make hyper builds that just feel wrong or cheesy.
Getting more into late game Warframe has exposed some of it's pretty annoying flaws. Damage attenuation, shield gating etc are all pretty obnoxious mechanics. Still fun but a lot of things they stuck in this game feel like a band aid solution.
Imagining just repeatedly placing a large live lobster in a roll to see if they'll fit.
Being a big fan of something is legit probably the biggest entry way I've seen people go through to art.

RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 would let you literally launch detached coaster cars at crowds and make like 3-4 tier pools. I want to do this but with like a pool full of ichthyosaurs.
