In Utah, judges consistently let rapists off without prison time. Candon Dean Dahle raped a little girl for 5 years when she was 7-12 years old. The judge decided to suspend a prison sentence & instead sentence Dahle to probation. Utah judges & lawmakers protect predators. #Pinks
