Kilmar's counsel told me they wouldn't oppose lifting the restrictions, so we've sent a letter to Judge Xinis about the issues that the remote access restrictions under Rule 5.2(c) impose on reporters. In other cases, judges have lifted restrictions without requiring a formal motion — we'll see!
