I think it's a number of factors: does Russia recover? Does India figure out that China wants to milk them dry? That will determine the future of the BRICS block. For the US, I predict the bulk of the population will learn nothing, and the next US president will have to spend 4yrs kissing butt.

Infortunately, Faux News pivots to percentage change when Blue cities are like this. Burlington VT had 5 murders by the end of Dec of 2022, Faux reported it was the highest rate in 62 years. In 2021 there was 1 murder. Statistic they reported was that murder was up 500% or something like that.
My worry is that ICE will have their scope of operations expanded to 'homeland security' in a general-sense. That targeting 'anti-americanism' is the next logical step. That, combined with the removal of 4th ammendment rights = ICE agents coming into your home to assess your loyalty.
