That's a logical assumption. A go-fast boat loaded with drugs doesn't need a crew of 11 weighing it down, too.

Is it federal law enforcement "intervention," which can mean a lot of things, or is it the deployment of military units to those cities, because that's a whole different ball game? Intervention can mean shifting resources around and targeting certain criminal activity, not hands-on policing.

Dems: "Americans want politicians who will work on kitchen table issues." Trump: "Imma move Space Command to Alabama!"
TK (@tkeck44.bsky.social)
Colorado Springs is one of the most conservative enclaves in Colorado. Moving space command from there to Alabama isn't going to punish liberals the way MAGA thinks. Plus space command was put there for a reason. A lot of the infrastructure piggybacks off of NORAD. Cost to move to AL will be huge.
TK (@tkeck44.bsky.social) reply parent
I agree with you. I know he can't do it, but he also can't deploy the National Guard/military for domestic law enforcement as Judge Bryer just ruled, but he did it in L.A. anyway. Trump does a lot of things he's not allowed to do legally, but he does them and then dares others to stop him.
