i didn't start off doing this distance! I remember when I started running, I'd do maybe 1.5k or something. Just kept ramping it up from there.
this one was just a measly 7.25k
long runs are a weekend thing. I did 13.11k last weekend, so I'm going to be trying for 14k on Sunday

the contractor's are here to finish fixing the ceiling. They're sanding and literally spray painting the ceiling. The put plastic down in the kitchen, but my living room and kitchen are all one room and there's plaster dust everywhere now. And I'm breathing it.
