Right. Until they don't. Then we have perfect funerals.

Trump doesn't seem to see that some people are still immune to his threats. Jack White criticized Trump's Oval Office decor. The White House then called White a "washed-up, has-been loser... masquerading as a real artist." And White, undeterred, posted an absolutely blistering takedown in response.

Ok, I did misunderstand. So actual ballrooms do exist but some rooms called ballrooms aren't really ballrooms. I'd agree with that. And it's doubtful tRump will be doing any dancing in his 'ballroom'. Certainly none that I'd want to see. Glad to hear you're a dancer. It's a lot of fun.
RLender (@treborrednel.bsky.social) reply parent
I'm literally in a ballroom every week. That seems more recent than forever. Some people even compete in them. Some people just do it for fun. But they are called ballrooms. There's a whole world out there...
RLender (@treborrednel.bsky.social) reply parent
Well, ballroom dancers do, though I doubt that lard ass will be doing that.

That's good to hear. Hopefully that one in Queens, if it's still there, has gotten better. There was another market we mostly avoided, down toward the river, that smelled awful, had sawdust on the floor, and occasionally had visible worms in their wrapped fish. I forget the name of that one!
