I had the same, started on 50mg now on 200 after a build up. I felt off kilter for a month or two. Also just saw some of the other posts about feeling worse after diagnosis, I had that too. I was diagnosed a year ago. It recontextualises a lot of things but eventually that settled. You'll be alright

It's often not even a cause and effect thing. If I'm right one of my more common ones is just locking and unlocking my phone a bunch
A ritual in regards to OCD is an act you do that removes the anxiety. You get a thought, this causes an anxiety, you do something to relieve it. The most common one people think of is washing hands a bunch.

It's weird but with every bit I start to work out I begin to understand how to cope better and healthier so, yknow, could be worse.

I had one of those conversations recently where a lot of it sounded very familiar but I was like ah no there's some key differences, I get anxious yes but I don't have any rituals. Now I'm realising that uhh, yeah I do I just didn't realise they were that.
Realising I probably have OCD shortly after being diagnosed with ADHD and Bipolar has me feeling thusly

Just found out that a friend has passed. Was there at key points in my life. Helped me get away from my abuser by standing up to them being physically aggressive whilst getting my stuff back from the flat. Drove me home from surgery. Always there for me and others, deeply caring person. Fuck.
