The problem with watching an older show like Breaking Bad alone is : I have no one to talk about it with. That's hard. All this stuff happens and there's no one else watching it.
I just saw an ad to recruit people for ICE. This is the first time I've seen one. My mouth was hanging open in shock. Just wow. I didn't like seeing that on TV. It made me feel unsettled. Seriously so.

Just started season 2 of Breaking Bad.
I don't like all the poop, but having four cats does give me moments of pure pleasure. They make me laugh often. The love, from two of them anyway, is always welcome.
Social Security called. It was a productive phone call. I'm entitled to widow's benefits. That's something. That money plus what my son gets should be enough to live on. I hope. I have to take my marriage certificate to the office. That's it. I'm glad it's not more complicated.
My phone appointment with Social Security was at 1:30. It's now 2:00. Sigh.
Right now, I have no purpose except to survive. I make sure my son's healthy and fed. I make sure the cats are cared for. Tomorrow is my phone appt. with Social Security. Finally. We'll see how that goes. I miss having a partner in life.
