Honestly I would love to get some basic agreement on what âfascismâ actually is. Ditto âsocialismâ. They are used as epithets with often very little understanding of the real meaning.

The only thing that stopped this happening before was shame and money. They donât care if theyâre doing something âillegalâ because they donât believe in those laws. And they have the money to pay all the legal fees. A negative ruling is actually good for them.
Doing things legally isnât the plan though. They want to break the laws they donât like, then go to court, and appeal until they get to the supreme court, which will then strike down any law they donât like. Itâs a win win, they get to do what they like now & they get to change the law.
