Brown has been calling for divestment from companies that make weapons of war for years, this was not new. Again the divestment relates to weapons of war because the students are anti-war not anti-Israel, they do not believe institutions of higher ed. should be investing in war.

Working for local gov. during the great recession, we were furloughed, staff often worked unpaid so as not to impact the public. Our City Manger told us to stop so the public would learn what we actually did - how it impacted them.
