Yikes, pretty nasty if you build it as a blink deck and just use him as removal. The return to hand part seems like it's only useful if he's not your commander.

Yeah, I love this. Very similar to Jhoira, Ageless Innovator. Less abusable, but I think better if you're just playing it for value without untappers.

Haha, yeah, I made these before Battles or Rooms. Wanted to do a landscape card and the best fit I could think of at the time was a land that comes in tapped.
