The article is content-free, but contemplating rooftop solar one needs 2do competent math. If you happen 2be in the lucky situation of Net Metering (&those places are becoming more rare), then, sure, you might see sub-10-year payback. For the rest of us, 12-15 years. Utilities don't want this.
