Pretty much all of the colourised images look like they have been coloured-in, with the colours looking flat and false. Colourised moving pictures often have all of that and poor registration, sometimes with weirdly aliased chroma components that jitter. Personally I like B&W, as original.
To be honest, if they had wanted it colourised then they would have either done it themselves or had it done at the time. They probably wouldn’t have waited 80 years for some ai-tech to do it without their being asked.
To be honest, the interview of some Farridge-adjacent goon this morning on R4 was pretty good. The interviewer really didn’t let him get away with the lies he was trying to peddle.
This is something that has been an issue for some while. If you want to buy an EV with reasonable range (and I mean reasonable, not huge) then you’re largely stuck with massive barges of SUVs. The new range of smaller ones like the R5 look great and hopefully mean a shift towards providing options.

Unfortunately you are probably both correct. There are parts of London where differences are absolutely not welcomed, although those are the bits not worth going to. Large swathes of London are full of people who are lovely, friendly and completely accepting, even if they might not quite understand.
