I look at my sick day patterns and I took way more before working from home - I do call in sick when I am actually too sick to work though. Usually involves bad headache, extremely congested, with cold cause I can’t write well anyways with that symptom
Now they call in sick because people get upset you spreading it for sure. It different now.
I work mostly in the community + use drop-in sites for printing/meetings. If I’ve got a cold, I stay home—no point risking sick kids or coworkers. Easy enough to handle admin/reports from home, so I rarely need sick days. apple.news/AqQYJbP2rQWm...
