If Velshi wants to claim that he’s “doing his job correctly if he’s pissing off both sides” it could also be applied to the very Dems he’s bashing, like Jeffries. Bad logic, but It’s just easier for Velshi to use rage-bait and blame Dems for the media’s voter apathy campaign. Which got us here.

I was an unpaid caregiver for my mother for 8 years. I was holding on to hope that Americans would vote for her and her policies.
Beyond the criminal liability question, I think it’s just bad journalism for reporters to assert or imply that these representations were made outright on the application—we don’t know that. All we know is that she signed a contract containing a standard occupancy clause w/ conditional language.
