I am going to add back in my nightly “here are the concrete events of the day” journaling. I think it was really helpful. I had been doing free write typing every morning for 30 mins too & stopped both while I was out of town and I can feel the impacts.

Been doing a lot of things with my friends that are explicitly for the purpose of fun (board games, climbing, movies, arcade etc) and you know what, they are fun and it’s nice.

We were still actively dealing with my abuser. Their partner said they were stealing their friend (me) by fucking me. The other person who had a longstanding crush on me and who had previously said “piper is the only person [my partner] will let me date”
Instead of telling me they as they later told me, that they “already loved me,” they said “you fuck your friends right?”Within weeks then were telling me I was perfect and they wanted me to be part of their family and parent to their child.
When one of them fucked me while my survivor support was still ongoing I had told them I was terrified of losing my support network and they told me their partner wouldn’t care. They also pretended it was casual.
CW: topic of abuse? I don’t know how to content warning this tbh Last year, my survivor support was, unknown to me, two people who had longstanding crushes on me and their respective “nominally polyamorous” partners.
