Do I get more cardio exercise by just walking in 3000-4500m altitude? (10,000-15,000ft) Do locals here in the forever state of cardio exercise?? Do they have stronger heart health??? So many questions.
Best thing that happened to my Spanish is that it’s still terrible but forced to speak to people who don’t speak English at all is essentially the best teacher. One week is worth hundreds of days of streak!

I take meds to take excess water out of my body from like two days before. Then I still often get migraines anyway, I take the migraine pills, drink water and go to bed the first day. Usually I’m fine the second day on.

I only have one pair of noise cancelling earphones. It feels fine when I am not on a train, but I get sick on the train. Other ear phones, or when the notice cancelling is off, I am fine. I just read on Reddit this is quite common to some people.
While I love my new (corded) noise-cancelling earphones, I get motion sickness on my daily commute. NYC subway is loud, so it's great, but I get a bit nauseous when I have it on. Does this happen to any of you? It may be that I hear so much less subway noise, but I hear people talking sharply?

OK, I finally bought a noise-canceling earphone. Why it took so long was because I wanted one with cord, and it's hard to find one nowadays. It’s about control. I want one less thing in my life that needs to be charged to function.
