I was part of maybe the worst audience ever at a concert on Tue Aug27,1013 at the Santa Barbara bowl when 4000+ music fans sat on their hands while Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Experience open for Heart. The second set was all Zeppelin tunes and almost nobody stood and danced. No smoking enforced.

On Fri Aug27,1993, I went to shoreline without a ticket to hopefully see the third and final night of the Grateful Dead in concert. Poking around Shakedown with my finger in the air, showing 30 bucks cash, I was eventually offered this ticket which I touched with a cig to confirm it was real. It was

I was in maybe the best assigned seat I ever scored at Shoreline on Thur Aug26,1993 when I looked into the eyes of every Grateful Dead band member from the front of the 100 section. I learned there is a unique feeling as you walk to the very front of a concert venue as opposed to the lawn. Awesome

I paid less than 30 bucks to stand on the lawn at Shoreline on Fri Aug25,2000 to watchThe Furthur Festival featuring The Other Ones. This really groovy band was so much better than d$c.
