Dementia is diagnosed through in-person examination. People can point to Trump’s behavior as concerning, but that’s not a clinical diagnosis. Per the APA’s Goldwater Rule: giving a diagnosis without evaluating the patient is unethical. If a doctor wants to be credible, they have to be ethical.
Appreciate your sympathy, but no credible doctor would diagnose Trump without an in-person exam--that's the Goldwater Rule.
