A) If it were up to local govt to solve gun violence, watch him cry if a city or state wants to ban guns. B) The money was that cut was for trying to reduce gun violence in Minnesota. Should Minnesota raise taxes to replace it? Watch him cry over that, too. C) Why does CNN give that fool a platform?

I was lucky enough to attend a Colbert show about 10 years ago. The word that best described him to me is "gracious." During breaks, he was in command but always kind to whomever he was talking to. I was impressed with his character.
Bernie Sanders hurts the Democratic party far more than he helps. Some of his supporters stayed home on election day. If they showed up, Hillary Clinton would have won in 2016 and Kamala Harris in 2024. Trump would be back on reality TV. The country and the world would be in far better shape.

I would do small claims court as a last resort. Even if you win, there is still the matter of collecting. It is easy to call the credit card company and protest the charges. Same with a consumer complaint with your state's AG. Any documentation you have will help. These are also quicker.
