I’m starting to see that Trump cannot tolerate having competent people around him. It’s not just that he needs yes-men, but competent people near him might make him look bad, and he can’t have that. We *do* need RFK gone, but I don’t think we get that until something else happens.
We focus on how bad slavery was because we must not do that again. We focus on how bad the Holocaust was because we must not do that again. We focus on how bad Jim Crow was because we must not do that again. We must learn from history so we can recognize that “Never Again” is now.
