I can’t even put into words how right you are. The problem is that the workplace has become a microcosm of society itself in that basic human consideration is seen as weak and cruelty, spitefulness, and malice are viewed as strength. Always expect the worst, and watch your back.
Now this is how you show up to a job interview!
What you have to understand is that in any work setting, you are an asset, no more, no less. You don’t have any real friends in the workplace, just people that can help or hurt you, and the job itself is a means towards the end of survival, nothing more. That’s just how it is.

As for Durisic, like you said, much better in the last game. That’s the version of Durisic that we’re going to need, an athletic 6’8 guard/forward that brings a lot to the table on offense and is a capable defender willing to put in the work to get better on that side of the floor.
Great podcast! I agree 100% that Newell is going to have to get stronger. But it’s great to see him utilizing his length and quickness. It’s also good that he’s taking advantage of mismatches when he has them and learning good defensive principles. The shot won’t always be there, but he can help
