BAD experience with in-store pickup during pandemic. Ordered/paid for an in-stock item online. Wasn't a "SuperTarget" and pick-up desk was by the front door. Thought I'd be in/out in 5, but it was 20-30min before they "found" my order (in the stockroom!). This even involved a manager. Just LAME!
