Democrats must take a stand on all the illegal actions of the GOP. Such as “We will not recognize…”, “We will resist…”, and “We will fight against…” Especially the big ones like Article V, presidential immunity, and leniency on 1/6 perpetrators. The GOP needs to know these crimes have a cost.

Yes. This is a big deal. 1) Voters must not be able to cast a vote that results in a loss of rights… Such a vote is invalid. 2) Government leaders must not have loopholes enabling them take away rights. Any attempt to do so should result in immediate unconditional removal from office.

Government must respond to the needs of people, but not the opposite. Parties must not be allowed to dictate to their constituents what they should want and need and invest astronomical sums of money to market their agenda into homes and smartphones.

I am idealistic. I tend to believe that good deeds beget more good deeds and intentions. But at my age I understand what you mean here clearly. It's a reality that cuts a hole in the concept of democracy; you never get that close-to-one-hundred-percent vote on the issues that help everyone.
