Yep! That is very much my experience, as well! It's crazy to me how much time we have to spend doing outreach to remind our community that programs need consistent support!
In May, a highly detailed grant application that my teaching partner and I had submitted was rejected. Tonight, a different group gave us exactly that much money, just from an emailed request for funding! I have such deep gratitude for organizations that make funding education programs simple!

My son did that, too! After waking me up at a bunch of times to play that start with "5," on the weekends, he wasn't allowed to open his door until 7-0-0. I also put up some big blackout curtains in his room. He was basically a rooster😂

Costco is SO NOISY! Between the beeping backup signals on the forklifts and everything else emitting loud sounds, I feel like the high ceilings and hard surfaces just amplifies all of it.
