If it’s only for adults, then there is no ban. The language in the bill clearly states it’s for a child under the age of 18. That would make the entire premise of the article wrong. There is no medically necessary healthcare being banned for kids

Freedom of speech does not include harassing and threatening other people. Having a mental illness does not mean he is allowed to freely harass and threaten other people. It’s unfortunate that he ended up dying, but he was alive when Penny released him.
