The lack of coverage is predictable since news outlets don't want to be sued into oblivion by Trump. Trump is intentionally avoiding being on film and making public statements. Therefore, any questions on his health can easily be used as defamation/slander in a lawsuit

The transparency, which to his credit, Jirard did say was lacking. The attack mob after him was quite ferocious for his admitted mistake. I don't think the punishment fit what happened. It's a shame, but seemed to me like his family was way more culpable than Jirard who was trying to do good.

I use Youtube more than other social media because it's more content that is longer form videos that I'm interested in. I can't doom scroll on YouTube. I watch what I want, it might take a few minutes or a few hours. If I'm on Bluesky for 5 min, I might get really depressed with what I see
