Just finished @caseyjohnston.bsky.social ‘s book A Physical Education. Incredible read! I started lifting weights and working with a trainer 8 months ago, and this book has given me so much motivation and encouragement to just keep at it. Even when I fall on my ass pulling a sled across the room.
On bended knees praying that whoever is in a position to do the technically correct thing, doesn’t. Even Hippocrates would say let this one go
