We still speak properly. Yes. But our accents have softened massively. The Lakes. My friend moved here 6 years ago, so I visit regularly. Either with another friend or with Mr C. It's lovely to come up and stay with her here, but I wish she still lived within walking distance.

30 years ago today, a very young Cazoo and Mr C jumped into a shit brown montego and moved from Yorkshire down to Henley. The plan was to make £millions and move back to Yorkshire. Instead, we settled in, had a couple of kids and made some wonderful friends. No £millions. But 🩷millions.
