The ONLY reason people like Kirk are mainstream is their prominence in social media. Social media needs savage regulation, if not an absolute ban. The fact that people are getting rich from it while it damages global society is sickening. Governments are allowing it because the too are profiting.

Rejoining the EU in some way is definitely the answer. But we are one country and need commitment from 27 countries. Countries that we have not shown any respect to for years and years. We are one year into forging better relationships and ties. It is not going to be quick.

Since taking office, Trump has halted or ended 1/3 of investigations and enforcement actions against Big Tech giants — including Meta, Tesla, and Google. These same tech companies have spent over $1.2B to influence Trump during and since the 2024 election. Everything is for sale.
Not ALL of us had our incomes smashed. The super rich have done very well since 2008. At the expense of the rest of us. And at the expense of the Exchequer. 10/10 for realising the status quo is awful, but to not even mention inequality as the root shows you are out of touch.
