I was wondering about the price tag of JPY 7 million, but on further squinting it's a timeshare vacation home. Close to the Enoshima shore, but also close to the Enoshima shore, so those nice high walls might provide some tsunami protection if the front door is sufficiently waterproof.

I am not good with this camera stuff, but I will never tire of wandering through Tokyo in random directions and seeing what I can see. Tonight, as it was kind of not so oppressively hot, I thought I'd see what new vistas Shibuya has to offer, then wandered north as far as Sendagaya.

If he's a regular employee, he'll have health insurance deducted from his salary, and will need to pay (IIRC) 30% of any bills incurred (up to a certain limit). Health insurance is basically a not-for-profit setup with the government being the insurer of last resort, coverage is uniform.
