It shouldn't get lost that just today, Senate Republicans have voted to close nursing homes, close rural hospitals, and cut food stamp benefits for children and veterans.

I thought the Medicaid cuts were becoming effective in 2029 so the Republicans could blame the Democrats. If they win in 2028. Trump 45 did the opposite. The Tax Cut and Jobs act gave tax cuts to the middle class but those phased out over time. The cuts to the wealthy stayed in effect.
