From the time I was born in the 60’s how Canadians get their health care is a simple application with renewal letters every five years or so. Sure it’s not perfect, but just this month, I saw my doctor, had a CT scan, bloodwork and X-ray just by showing up my health card. No cost to me whatsoever.
