This event was an advanced screening for invited influencers, what influencers are. All part of a high energy old school style marketing campaign. Next they will make you sign a waver to see the movie and announce that a nurse will be on hand.

I was 11 when it came out and was not allowed to go with my older brothers to the drive in. They wouldn’t swim in the swimming hole for the rest of the summer. This is a must see on the big screen. Get your self to a cinema. You’re going to need a bigger screen. 💙📽️ @letterboxd.social

2/2 a yarn company that did the same. When we carried a line of yarn we did the full colour range. They stared sell the top colours to Walmart at deep discount. People would complain our prices were to high go to W not get the colours they wanted. Made us look lime we were gouging.
Dadair (@dadair1.bsky.social) reply parent
Lots of brands have done this. I owned a small dept store and we sold lots of LEGO. But then they stared to sell all their popular items to Walmart at a deep discount. Cheap retail at Walmart then our wholesale cost. But Walmart only took the top SKUs. 1/2

I lived the first 2/3 of the episode. Was actually giddy at the beginning with the first title card and voice over. But as a documentary it failed at the end when the documentarian inserted themselves into the documentary. OR the episode writes gave up on the concept near the end.

I don’t like horror movies. Since that time I was home alone as a kid and watched the Exorcist. Weapons is an amazing movie but I did watch a lot of it looking at the floor of the theatre. I jumped and yelped once. Luckily everyone else did too followed by nervous laughter. Hope that helps.
