For example if Cambridge were annexed to Boston would we lose our reservoir off Route 128 which is grandfathered? Would storrow + memorial drives be amalgamated? Would Cambridge hospital network get merged w/ BU Medical? would Cambridge schools become part of MeTco?
iMHO the City of Cambridge is doing a very poor job listening to constituents. A group of city folk opted to do the city charter over but no option has been given for annexation to City of Boston proper. Can this be considered? But I have some questions first on how would/could it work?

As someone who worked in banking. 1) depends on what you mean. 2) the type of system they have 3) when they cut off their business-day. 4) your bank policy/type of account you have.
