Everyone else in the post office gets paid actual hours, and got bonuses. Nrlca.org regular carriers are paid on evaluated system and the arbitrator ruled they didn't have to pay them for long overtime hours they worked through covid.
USPS workers. Delivering supplies and covid tests, while at times everything else was shut down. We had offices that 2/3rds of office would be out with covid, but the rest kept plugging away. Working 70 and 80 hours a week, and rural carriers didn't get paid anything but their weekly evaluation.
