Think about it...Black people are allowed to travel freely because of a SCOTUS case and because of the Commerce Clause, not because of moral or religious edicts.
Even that graphic is way off. Heart of ATL Hotel v. U.S. (1964) allowed Black people to travel w/o discriminatory practices that were deemed unconstitutional under Commerce Clause. Civil Rights Act (1964), Voting Rights Act (1965). And I know I'm missing some other landmark cases and legislation.
