We did a nice hike this morning at the Oak Hill Trail in the #cvnp.
Last night, we went to see the original Jaws movie in 3D, at the theatre for its 50 year anniversary. I have to say, after watching it on TV for so many years, it was great to see again on the big screen. So many details and subtleties are apparent that are not visible on the small screen.
They did not search him or his backpack before putting the guy in the car. These are not trained law enforcement officers.

It is the same in most states. I've ridden the backroads in most states in the continental US, and on some days, it seems as if there are more dead and dying rural towns than thriving towns. One exception was Florida, but g-d knows why anyone would want to live there in the first place.

So I just spent 3 hours detailing my wife's car. Scrubbed interior, detailed it, scrubbed and treated the mats. Leather conditioner on the seats. Wash, clay bar then ceramic polish the exterior. Clean wheels, treat tires. Most of my detailing stuff is Griot's. I'm exhausted. #cars #audi #detailing
I have one of those up in my Old Camera Cabinet. I prefer to think of the back as extra-grippy.

No fun. I basically have no arches. I found a combination of a specific insole used with Nike Vapormax running shoes are the only way I can walk a long distance without pain. I use the same insoles in my hiking boots, but that is not pain free.

Saw U2 at the Sphere a couple of years ago. It was the best concert experience of my life, and I've been to 100s. (And we saw Adele the next night, which was up there in the top 10)

My buddy and I were riding to a rally in West Virginia a few years ago, and we did not want to ride highways. He let me lead, and I managed to find a route that took 2 days to get from Geauga County to Charleston.

That's so much easier to do now than when I began my practice. Back then, I wld scribble out a draft on a yellow pad & give it to my sec'y, who would enter it into the "word processor." Print, edit with red pen, repeat. Only the secretaries had the word processors, which were not full-function PCs.
That's it: bring a gun to a knife fight.

We saw the #F1 F1 movie last night. I really liked it, and, surprisingly, so did my wife. The cinematography left us feeling like we had just finished a 2-hour ride-along in an F1 car. It also had a compelling, interesting story to tell. Recommended.
