While I generally agree, it depends on the application. Many tasks were designed for the human form, so a human form factor robot could do those. That said, it’s as hard a problem as full self driving, and Tesla still can’t do that.
I do not. I think there is work for these kinds of machines in industry, I don’t think Tesla is best positioned to deliver them. Boston Robotics will get there first. Musk has proven himself untrustworthy in every sense. If Tesla wanted to survive it would get rid of him.
The United States is the only place on earth where poor people shun unions, free healthcare, and free education because the rich tell them to.

“Legitimate concerns” is in no way Anti-Trans in my opinion. As a parent, your concerns might be, “How do I support my child?”, “Will there be services for them?” or “How will I pay for this?”. These are all concerns. There are plenty of real anti-trans people out there to tangle with.
Well you can lead the circular firing squad. Trans rights are like any other civil rights reliant on society moving in the direction of acceptance. My point is that shouting down your allies is moving very clearly in the other direction.
It’s very unclear to me how Mayor Pete’s “legitimate concerns” comment encroaches on anyone’s rights. It seems like any nuanced discussion is immediately shouted down as antitrans which harms the cause, not helps it.
Do you ever wonder if this approach alienates people unnecessarily? If Pete Buttigieg doesn’t pass your purity test maybe you ought to rethink if your approach is extreme
