Yesterday we visited Green Mountain Falls, CO to visit the kinetic sculpture Off the Beaten Path by Patrick Shearn. I wasn’t ready for just how dynamic it was even in the slightest breeze. Reminds me of a murmuration of starlings. Incredible artwork. It’ll only be up through October 19th.

The only thing that's sad about the Ashli Babbitt situation, is that she didn't have more company wherever she is. You will never see greater proof of how Racist America is, than the police response to the January 6th riots. If those were people of color, it would have been a bloodbath.
She does not deserve any honors. Not from the military, and not from anyone else.
Ashli Babbitt is no hero. She had no business inside the Capitol and that choice was hers alone. That she got killed breaking into chambers while members were crawling to safety, is on her. I have no sympathy for her—none.
Babbitt suffered consequences of her own thoughts, decisions, and actions, that is all. During my six decades, we've never known such a reality-warping ego as Trump's. His insatiable need for attention and adulation is literally transforming Babbitt's self-destruction into martyrdom for his vanity.
Also, why the fuck does he have his name on his shirt? Like we don’t know who the hell he is? Is this to remind him? I’m so tired of him…everything about him!!
