I'd teched it as much as I could, cleared cache, rebuilt profiles, etc, nothing changing. Worked fine for same users in different offices and even in some of the same office there. I determined it had to be something local....
To add to this and the other tweet I sent @garius.bsky.social ... Months later.. one office, and one office only in the whole of TFL was still getting the 7/7 holding page that was put up on National rail. It was every device in that office, a customer facing (calling) one.
