If I had a table or desk close by, it would have been enough advanced warning. The intensity at my location (Rancho Mission Viejo) was not strong enough for me to be too alarmed to start seeking protection.
I was resting on my bed watching TV. Got the warning on the phone. Had time to read it and started waiting to feel something. Then the bad started shaking a bit sideways and then the walls and object vibrating. It was so long that I stood up from bed and still was shaking for a few more seconds.
The most impressive thing about this morning’s earthquake is that I got probably 3+ second warning via MyShake app.
