This has already impacted people ordering medicine from India since India's postal service shut down parcel shipment to the United States. It seems like the vendors are going to reroute their mail through on the third country to avoid the tariffs we'll see how that goes.
I run a website dedicated to helping people import medicine from India for personal use. The vendors now need to collect and additional 50% to cover the Trump tariff.
Add India to that list. I have a site that helps people import drugs from India and they're, the Indian post office is trying to figure out the electronic data interchange so that they can collect the Trump tariff it's 50%. However even with the 50%, it's still cheaper from India.

These medicines are already available from Canada, Mexico and India in the generic format. I see seniors crossing the border in Los algodones to stock up. I set up a site explaining how to do mail order from India. Canada has the cipa.com website to promote their mail order pharmacies/Frustrating

We had the same announcement on my ordering medicine from India group.one of the vendors posted it. Hopefully the postal systems can figure out how to collect these small tariffs. I guess getting the USPS to collect the Trump tariffs wouldn't be the worst things.
