Awfully young boy getting a chain wrapped around his waist here. These kids *appear* to have been deported with their mothers. So not the unaccompanied minors from the court case, though ICE may have intended to have unaccompanied minors on this flight before the judge stopped them.
Do not give them the benefit of doubt. They have not earned it They do not deserve it.

That was a weird one. That particular plane has had many maintenance issues and resulting delays over the past few weeks, so I suspect this was a test flight (never got abover 10K feet) to troubleshoot some ongoing mechanical issue.
It's not an ICE flight, though.
This is what happens when you obliterate the presumption of regularity. Endless homework assignments because the court can't trust the government to follow orders in good faith.

Well, we know from the court hearing today that ICE wanted to deport up to 600 unaccompanied children to Guatemala, but the judge issued an emergency order stopping them from doing so. My informed guess is that they had at least some of them ready to go *on these planes* before the hold came down.
This is a different charter airline that paid to resurrect the branding.
That's a regularly scheduled charter flight, not operated by ICE Air.

We're back and Sooknanan asks if any planes have taken off. Ensign says all of the planes are on the ground -- one of them might have taken off and turned around. He's not sure. His understanding is that if that's the case, plane has returned.
The DOJ is telling the court that all unaccompanied children Trump is sending to Guatemala have parents or guardians in that country who have requested their children be returned to them. The plaintiffs are saying that's not at all true. You can read the back and forth here:
