It's not and Warren Beatty is thirty years too old to play the part (even then). The most extensive football scenes show Beatty throwing passes to his household staff.

Just finished the documentary America's Team, deifying Jerry Jones as a great team owner (spoiler: he knows how to market his team and yanked the NFL out of its stodgy image). It's great on the team's Super Bowls, but glosses over M Irvin's problems & Jones's inability to keep the team competitive.

It’s important to remember Hegseth is a reserve officer. There’s probably a story in how reserve and National Guard culture differs from professional service members (enlisted and officer). But when I served in the 70s, the “ parttime” forces talked a good game ( like lethality) but talk is cheap.

Yes, the writing test for jobs is really insulting. I was asked to take them for several higher education jobs, well after an extensive journalism career that included a national news magazine and a couple mid-size dailies. I guess they're trying to winnow out people who require a lot of editing.

Yes, there are a lot of"restages" of his earlier work: 1) Kicking the TV set out of the car: Crime Story 2) The metallurgic robbery: Thief 3) many action scenes from LA Takedown a TV movie Plus the "personal lives" scenes of the gang and Hanna don't really seem to belong in the movie.

I should chime in here as well someone who was on Coumadin for 40 years. Coumadin isn’t used as much b/c it requires weekly blood tests and is hard to regulate. Elliquis is now the most prescribed blood thinner. Also, swelling in the limbs is also symptomatic of deep vein thrombosis/ clotting issues
