CBP has a job that is different from ICE. Your arguments are becoming ridiculous. ICE is doing the work to remove those here illegally that the prior administration allowed in unfettered. The current administration provided everyone with an opportunity to self deport via CBP-HOME app.
There is a judicial process and if someone’s due process or constitutional rights have been violated they have the ability to sue. Happened with Kilmer Abrego and in the end he is going to be deported again. If someone is scooped up and shouldn’t be we have a vast group of defnse attorneys available
You can’t have a hearing unless the person is detained. Thats like saying the police can’t arrest me for violating a law without first having a hearing. They see me punch someone and they have to wait for a hearing before they can arrest me - come on

Nope - took the covid shot when it first came out. Got covid twice. Lost sense of smell and taste once. Took amino acids that Joe Rogan recommended and got taste and smell back in 24 hrs. Haven’t had the flu shot in 6 years and haven’t had the flu. Never wore a mask. So nope no need for boosters
